The hotel rooms are a nice size with shower and all conveniences and the bathroom. The venue stuff is affable and professional.

The hotel was nice and incredibly friendly. I had a big and huge room with all conveniences, shower plus a working TV and everything was wonderful. Really enjoyed the staff, they blew my mind, really kind people! The breakfast was surprisingly good and the parking was on site. The property was in a great location very close to the restaurant and grocery store. There was an attached restaurant nearby. My stay was great here.

I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn in Richmond Hill. The location was convenient, just off the highway. The bed was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the nearby restaurant, which served delicious food. I recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel had changed owners since I made the reservation and the hot breakfast was almost non existant. On wednesday morning we had cold ceral and juice. On aThursday they had some hot stuff. It was not like it was advertiseed. Several people complained the owner was not nice at all.

We stayed three days and were told later that they only clean the room before we arrive and after we leave. For this reason we will not stay there the next time we come to visit family. If they are that money hungry then charge a couple of bucks extra a night.
